What is the weight limit for Pool Lift rental?
We have multiple Pool Lift Options with limits up to 600lbs so your weight should be under the limit for that particular machine. Additionally, you should pay attention to height requirements so you aren't scunched on a machine just becuase you're under the weight limit. We can make recommendations to meet your comfort level and price point.
Does the Pool Lift need to be plugged in?
Yes it does but we do offer battery backups and even solar options!
What's the difference between a Portable Pool Lift and a Standard Pool Lift?
A Portable Pool Lift can be moved around and moved out of the way when not in use. A standard Pool Lift is anchored down at all times in the same set position.
Do you offer Pool Lifts for Spas?
Yes we do! They are a little bit different so you can't use a Pool Lift on a Spa but we can walk you through the Spa specific options.
Does Insurance cover Pool Lift purchases?
Your insurance MAY cover your Pool Lift but Mobility Plus will not bill insurance. That is a question for your insurance company and your policy. Typically, people purchase the machine privately from us and then apply for reimbursement from insurance but you should connect with your insurance company first before booking.
Is there somewhere I could try or test drive Pool Lifts?
Unfortunately we do not have a showroom model of this product. The boss wouldn't pay for the pool ;)
Can I pay cash for a Pool Lift purchase?
Yes absolutely.
Do you ever buy back Pool Lifts if we no longer need it?
We do not offer any buy back programs for Pool Lifts.
Do you offer refunds for Pool Lifts?
We do not. If you order a Pool Lift we will not refund any portion once that Special Order has been placed. That is a specailzed machine so we won't be able to re-purpose that custom order.
Do you offer Pool Lift Rentals? We do not offer Pool Lift Rentals.
Can I book a Pool Lift Delivery or Installation over the phone?
You may book over the phone. If you'd like to talk to a live person a team member would be happy to discuss and book for you during normal business hours.
Do you offer same day Pool Lift Installations?
We do not - that is a custom order we need to place once we have evaluated your needs for this Pool Lift. We do not carry all the different options in stock.
