You can always call and talk to a professional to size up the right machine for you. A staff member would be happy to discuss what you're looking to do with the Ramp to make sure you have the right size and grade.
What is the weight limit for Ramp?
We have multiple Ramp Options with limits up to 800lbs so your weight should be under the limit for that particular machine. Additionally, you should pay attention to height requirements so you have enough rise. We can make recommendations to meet your comfort level and price point.
What is the Ramp made out of?
It is made out of Aluminum so it is strong and durable and can be exposed to the elements for years.
Do you have Ramps for a car, truck or SUV?

Does Insurance cover Ramp purchases?
Your insurance MAY cover your Ramp but Mobility Plus will not bill insurance. That is a question for your insurance company and your policy. Typically, people purchase the machine privately from us and then apply for reimbursement from insurance but you should connect with your insurance company first before booking.
What if I have it installed and don't like it or don't want it?
We want to do all calibrations and answer any of your questions, comments or concerns before installing your Ramp. Once the Ramp has been ordered we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.
Can I pay cash for a Ramp purchase?
Yes absolutely.
Do you ever buy back Ramps if we no longer need it?
We do not.
Do you offer refunds for Ramps?
We want to do all calibrations and answer any of your questions, comments or concerns before installing your Ramp. Once the Ramp has been ordered we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.
Can I book a Ramp installation over the phone?
You may book over the phone. If you'd like to talk to a live person a team member would be happy to discuss and book for you during normal business hours.
Do you offer same day Ramp Installations?
For certain Ramp types we are able to offer same day delivery and installation. On custom or intricate Ramp solutions we will likely need more time.
How do I know if the Ramp will fit my home or space?
We start with a phone consultation to discuss your space, budget and expectations. If we are able to accomplish your goals within budget then we send out a technician to take all appropriate measurements so we can give you an estimate. Once you accept our estimate we order all necessary parts and will book your installation once we receive the necessary products from our manufacturers.
How long does it take to install?
One of our portable or plug and play ramps takes minutes to install. Our more elaborate or custom ramp work can take hours to install. Your Team Member would be able to discuss this further with you depending on your individual project.
Do you offer Outdoor Ramps?
We offer Ramps that can be used inside or outside. For outside ramps we recommend our anti-slip Applied Surface which gives grip in slippery situations.
